The House

Located on a hill in a healthy distance from the tourist bustle of Torre del Mar in a Spanish urbanization, you will find in our holiday rental Casa Sueño on about 80 m² living area the ideal starting point for excursions on the Costa del Sol, but also the central resting place of your sun holiday in Andalusia.

Despite its quiet location, it is only a few minutes to the beach of Torre del Mar (1km), in one of the many shopping centers, on the weekly market or in the middle of the nightlife.

Be it a relaxing beach holiday, you want to get to know country and people or visit historic places ... Hardly any other region in Europe has such a variety of leisure activities as the Costa del Sol.

Kitchen

If you wanted to talk about jewelry at a holiday rental, we would certainly have to call our kitchen very early. Apart from the fact that it comes from this millennium and from a brand manufacturer, we can say with peace of conscience that it basically leaves nothing to be desired. A modern stove with ceramic hob, extractor hood with exhaust air to the outside, separate oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, egg and kettle ..... it's all there. The kitchen has a sufficient floor space, so that even 2 guests have good space to work. Directly at the window there is also a seating area for 3 guests.


Lounge

Here you can rest, eat or watch TV. In hot season, the air conditioning helps to cool down, while the wood fireplace supplies a cosy warmth in the cooler season. The sophisticated technology also provides warm air for the upper floor with the large bedroom.


Bedrooms

There are 3 bedrooms, an air-conditioned with double bed, one with a step bed and another with a double bed. Bed linen is available in sufficient quantities on site. And then something else: All windows in the two upper floors have been replaced by modern German PVC windows with double glazing and are reinforced with mosquito nets. All shutter boxes were soundproof and insulated; noise and outside temperature stay outside.


Bathroom and Guest WC

Our bathroom is located on 1st floor together with the 3 bedrooms. It has a bathtub with shower, a toilet, a bidet and sink with mirror cabinet. The guests toilet with shower is located on ground floor.


Balcony and Garden

Directly from the lounge you get to our balcony. Here you can have breakfast! Even at Christmas the temperatures were already suitable for a late breakfast in the sun. In the summer, playing cards, reading a book while sipping a sangria is a great way to end the day, while a gentle breeze caresses the skin in the evenings. Since our holiday rental is a corner house, it has significantly more floor space than the comparable buildings of the settlement. So our guests not only have a large terrace, but also our lovingly maintained garden with a variety of fruit trees.


Pool and Tennis

The swimming pool of the residence is available from June to September. Showers, parasols and toilets are located at the pool. The access to the pool is locked and a key to this is handed out. From the door it is just 50 meters to the pool. The dimensions of the pool are about 10 x 5 meters. There is a non-swimmer and a float area, but they are not separated from each other. Right next to the pool is the tennis court with tartan floor. This can be used by our guests all year round.


Torre del Mar

The small town of Torre del Mar with about 20,000 inhabitants, which means in English as 'tower of the sea', is located about 30 km west of the provincial capital Málaga on the Costa del Sol in Andalusia. The city probably has its name from its lighthouse. The history of Torre del Mar dates back to the time of the Phoenicians.

From our holiday rental to the beach the distance is 1 kilometer. On the beach you will find a wide range of children's entertainment from pedal boating and bananaride to bouncy castles, trampoline and playgrounds.

Here you can also find some tracks to play Boule, Boja or Petanca.The culinary offer is very wide, especially near the beach from country typical, over pizza to Chinese.

Parallel to the beach runs the beach promenade, which invites for morning jogging or evening walk. In the evening you will find an ample entertainment. Along the Paseo also stretches 'el copo', half a mile nightlife with different clubs. But also in the village itself you will find a variety of bars, clubs, discotheques and restaurants.

Furthermore, there is bike rental, tennis, adventure bathroom, wellness, fitness clubs, etc. etc. ...

For the daily needs, you will find a variety of supermarkets, all of which are within a 5 minute drive of our holiday rental. The range extends from Spanish chains such as Mercadona to Plus, Lidl or Aldi, which is located in Torrox. Thursday is in Torre del Mar market day. Here you can buy everything from Andalusian craftsmanship to fresh fruit and vegetables to shoes and clothing. Tip: Do not go too late, because the midday sun is relentless :-)
