| Finca Monte Mare Family friendly Finca Monte Mare is situated in an idyllic position on "Monte de los Almendros" (the "almond hill") near Salobreña on the Costa Tropical, the eastern part of the Costa del Sol in Andalusia. From the balconies and terraces you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic sea view. With a living area of 120 m² on two floors Finca Monte Mare offers comfortable space for up to 6 guests. There are 3 bright and friendly bedrooms with double beds and air conditioning hot / cold. On request, a baby cot and a children's high chair can be provided. The finca has 3 bathrooms: 2 x with bath and WC, 1 x with shower and WC. The spacious, comfortable kitchen is equipped with a stove, a microwave, a fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. The living-dining room has a sofa corner, a dining table with chairs, an open fireplace for cozy evenings, a 50" satellite TV, WiFi internet access with 60 Mbit and a small stereo system. An adjoining room houses the washing machine. Pool and exterior To the property belongs a private, solar heated pool for your sole use, which invites to bathing and relaxing. On the terraces there are chairs, tables and sun loungers as well as 2 BBQ for social evenings. The private garden invites you to relax and sunbathe. You can park your car directly in front of the property. Finca Monte Mare is a pet-friendly holiday home, but we ask our guests to be responsible and to keep the house clean. Please also note that smoking is not allowed inside the house. Please only smoke outdoors. An 18-hole golf course is nearby and the many restaurants and tapas bars in the region are excellent. The seafood is always fresh, the wines excellent and the prices reasonable. Salobreña and "Monte de los Almendros"  Additional to the private pool of Finca Monte Mare, you can use the very well maintained sports facilitiesof the urbanisation "Monte de los Almendros" at about 2 km distance, free of charge and with free parking. There is a 25 meters pool and achildren's pool plus the opportunity for tennis and football. The facilities are only used by residents and their guests and offer great opportunities for international contacts.  |
