Holiday Villa Andalusia with private, heated Pool Info

Villa Princesa is a charming south-facing holiday villa in Andalusia on a quiet street in the very popular and exclusive Monte de los Almendros.

The villa has a private heatable swimming pool, with a non-chlorinated filtration system.

The car park is tiled and just steps away from a mature garden with a large variety of plants and trees. A white gravel path leads through the garden to a spacious terrace with a private pool and a breathtaking view of Salobreña Castle, the Mediterranean and the surrounding countryside.

From the partially covered terrace, a sliding door will take you into an open-plan living /dining room with a fireplace. For entertainment the holiday villa is equipped with SAT-TV (English and German Satellites), DVD player and a stereo system and an extensive library of books, CDs and DVDs (most of them English).

The holiday villa can sleep 6 to 8 persons comfortably as it has 3 double bedrooms suitable for adults and 1 semi private bedroom with superimposed single beds more appropriate for children or adolescents. There is also a double sofabed in the Burma room. All rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated.

There is 1 full bathroom with a bath, toilet and bidet, 1 shower room, and 1 separate toilet and washbasin area. Two of the bedrooms also have a washbasin. There is a covered laundry area outside the back of the house with a washing machine and lines to hang laundry in the fresh air.

The large American style kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven/ceramic stove, hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, raclette and fondue machines etc. All cleaning products are made available as are many essentials for cooking such as oil, spices, teas, coffee, sugar etc.

Linen and towels are provided and are changed every week. Beach necessities such as umbrellas, beach towels and paddle games are also provided.

Villa Princesa is just minutes from the community sports centre with its adult and children pools, playground, basketball, soccer area and tennis court. A pass card is provided for our guests.
