CASA LA BODEGA HOLIDAY VILLA

Family friendly holiday villa Casa La Bodega is located in an idyllic location on picturesque "Monte de los Almendros" (almond hill) in Salobreña on the Costa Tropical, the eastern part of the Costa del Sol in Spain, Andalusia.

The entire lower level of the 2-storey house is rented. With approximately 100 m² living space it offers convenient space for up to 4 adults and 2 children.

The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, a mini oven, a fridge-freezer, coffee machine and toaster.

The living room has satellite TV, radio, CD and DVD player

From presumably summer 2019 there will be free Internet access (WiFi) at Casa La Bodega.


POOL AND GARDEN

The property has 1,032 m², including garden and pool area. The 7.50 x 4.00 m private pool is solar heated and open all year.

There are several romantic sunny and shady spots in the garden and around the house. Here you can wonderfully sunbathe and relax. On warm Andalusian evenings you can light the BBQ. A covered patio provides protection against sun and wind.

The lush garden offers many colorful blooming flowers and palm trees, cypresses and exotic fruit trees with tropical fruits. Pick your own fruit at harvest time! Casa La Bodega has orange trees, almond, tangerine, lemon, fig and olive trees and grape-vines.

The spacious place in front of house and pool area offers magnificent views of the coastline, the beaches and the "built on a rock" white town of Salobreña with its romantic castle. The castle is often spotlighted in the dark - a beautiful attraction in warm Andalusian nights. Another terrace offers unobstructed views of the Mediterranean, across lush green plantations.

A parking space for your car can be found on the enclosed grounds.

In addition to the private pool of Casa La Bodega, the very well maintained communal facilities of "Monte de los Almendros" residential area free of charge for you! In only about 5 minutes walk there is a large pool area with separate children's pool and an opportunity for tennis and football.

The community facilities are available only for local residents and their guests and offer good opportunities for international contacts.

BEACH, RESTAURANTS, SHOPPING AND EXCURSIONS

"Monte de los Almendros" is part of the Costa del Sol / Costa Tropical in Andalusia. The area is certainly the most picturesque landscape of the entire southern coast of Spain.

To the beach and to the romantic old town of Salobreña is only about 10 minutes by car. You will find numerous shops and restaurants and with Spanish and international cuisine to suit all tastes and budgets.

Also, the shopping center "Al Campo" in Motril offers excellent shopping facilities.

You can wander through the narrow streets of the numerous nearby mountain villages, visit the water park, the bird park or one of the many historical sites, or take a trip to the Palace of the world-famous Alhambra in Granada.
