| The Apartment • Lovely and beautifully furnished penthouse apartment with large roof terrace. The apartment has 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms. The large living-dining room offers a large dining table, comfortable sofas and of course satellite TV and a free internet connection (6 Mbit WiFi). The kitchen does not lack any comfort with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The living-dining room and all bedrooms have modern air-conditioning hot / cold, so you can feel comfortable here all around the year. An open fireplace and electric heaters guarantee cozy winter evenings. • From the large roof terrace you can enjoy a wonderful view of the often snow-capped mountains of the Sierra Nevada. You can reach the local skiing area in about 1 hour drive and sunbathe and swim on the beach in the afternoon. A wonderful place for carefree beach holidays!    Pool and Beach • The apartment has a fantastic, large, seasonal outdoor pool of about 8 x 15 meters, embedded in green lawns and surrounded by tropical flowers and palms. The pool is only used by the residents and there is plenty of space to relax and feel good. A tennis court and a table tennis court complete the offer. • To the extensive beach of Salobreña it is only a short walk (300 meters). The beach has many excellent restaurants ("Chiringuitos" - the famous beach bars of the region). Only here, in the province of Granada, delicious tapas are still served free to your drink.    |

Restaurants, Beaches, Golf Courses, Attractions • To the town center of Salobreña is only about 1.5 km. Framed by lush green sugar cane fields, this quaint little Andalusian village, whose white houses nestle against a rock, with a majestic castle illuminated at night, sits at the foot of the Sierra Nevada. Along the promenade there are many opportunities to enjoy the culinary delights of the region and to linger in typical restaurants. The numerous restaurants and tapas bars in the area are outstanding, the seafood is always fresh, the wines excellent and the prices reasonable. The nearest major city to the west is the lively Almuñécar (10 km) with its picturesque marina "Marina del Este" (20 km). • Beautiful bays invite you to swim, dive and sunbathe. There are more than 30 different beaches in the entire region for all types of water sports, and along the entire coastline you will still find one or two hidden coves ... • To the unique 18-hole golf course "Los Moriscos" in Motril it is less than 10 minutes by car (6 km). • The beautiful and charming city of Granada with its world-famous Alhambra Palace is just 40 minutes away by car. Seville, another attractive destination, can be reached in 3 hours. On the Costa Tropical, you can ski in the Sierra Nevada in the morning until late spring, and sunbathe on the beach in the afternoon.  Getting Here •Arrival airport is usually Málaga (about 1 hour drive), but Almeria - a little further east - is not very much further away.
