Attractive detached Villa Sol y Mar is located on "Monte de Los Almendros" (almond-hill), a private residential area, away from the tourist crowds but close to the idyllic and picturesque town of Salobreña on the Costa Tropical / Costa del Sol in Andalusia with breathtaking seaviews.

Villa Sol y Mar has just been renovated and newly designed and is now light, sunny and airy with a modern and contemporary style and equipped with many new fine wood and metal features. A brand new air conditioning system has been installed which makes the rooms comfortably warm in winter season and fresh and cool in hot Andalusian summer.

The villa has a 4 x 8 meters private swimming pool, several terraces with modern sun loungers and parasols and lots of relaxing and sunny zones, and a mature tropical garden with lemon, grapefruit, mango and orange trees. For cozy evenings, there is a large, modern barbecue and a large wooden gazebo with bigsized seatting area.

The property comprises approximately 700 m² and the 120 m² living area offers comfortable space for up to 6 guests.

There are 3 bedrooms with spacious wardrobes available: The master bedroom has a king-size bed, second bedroom has 2 single beds and there is a separate studio with another king-size bed and with a comfortable, private and furnished veranda overlooking the pool.

The big sized living room and the ensuite modern indoor glass dining terrace both offer spectacular views of the nearby Mediterranean!

The living room has an open fireplace and reading lamps for relaxing winter evenings, a new 37" Samsung LED TV with International satellite channels, a DVD player and a Sony Music Equipment with iPod dock station plus there is free Internet access.

The modern bathroom has a glass cabin shower and in the studio there is an additional bath with shower / WC.

The kitchen is comfortably equipped with combi fridge, microwave, dishwasher, vitro gas hob, double sink and ample kitchen accessories and tableware. There is a separate laundry and utility room with washing machine.

The villa is located very quiet, at a cul-de-sac road without disturbing through traffic.

For your car a large, private garage and parking space is available in front of the house.

To the public sports facilities of Monte de los Almendros with free access for our guests it is only a short walk.

To the extensive main beach of Salobreña it is just 5 minutes by car from Monte de los Almendros and many more beaches and romantic bays close to the east and west.

An 18-hole golf course is nearby and the many restaurants and tapas bars in the region are excellent. The seafood is always fresh, the wines excellent and the prices reasonable.

Or simply enjoy the spectacular seaviews and magnificent impressions of the beaches of Salobreña and the foothills of the Sierra Nevada from the terraces.

• The Costa Tropical in Andalusia is located between the Costa del Sol and the Costa de Almería and occupies a particularly beautiful part of the coast, which has the best conditions to spend wonderful holidays.

• The Costa Tropical is located directly on the Mediterranean and the proximity to the north of Africa and the Sierra Nevada mountains with the highest peaks of the peninsula protects the area from the cold north winds. A subtropical microclimate with 320 sunny days a year makes it possible to grow tropical fruits in the lush valleys.
